product was delivered in a timely manner, normally it takes about 6 days to 10 days. It has taken up to 2 weeks, hense the 4 stars, not the 5 stars! It is always fresh, and the price is extremely competitive.
We own two african greys and two macaws. We have used Zupreme for years and could not believe the value of this 40 lb bag! Even with shipping it is still less expensive than purchasing from our local parrot store. The product has always arrived as expected and is always fresh. The quality of the product itself is outstanding, our birds are in excellent condition both physically and mentally. We are very pleased with this product and balanced nutrition is has to offer. We would like to see more people using it as a replacement for the nutrition lacking seed mixtures that are so commonly advertised as "complete diets" for birds.
